Located in Kordan in Alborz province, the Parslincare factory and headquarters is designed in a plot of approximately 6700 square meters. This project is a part of several projects in Barekat Medicinal Industrial Park. The Parslincare project was commissioned by the client in 2019 and it was designed in the same year.
Due to the highly functional nature of the project, the architects started their design by placement and ordering of the various technical sections of the factory, including ELEC room, quarantine room, loading deck, storages, and several other functional spaces. By stretching a plain white skin around the whole package of these spaces, the overall form of the factory was unified and those functional volumes were tied together.
Due to different ground entrance levels of the two separate buildings of the project –the office building and the factory-, the users of these two separate parts are completely divided. The ground floor of the office building is approximately a floor level higher than the entrance for the factory, allowing the visitors to observe the factory activities on an elevated corridor above the factory.
Filtered light, ventilation, and cool breeze are provided for the office building by designing a small garden near the entrance. Also, rooftop gardens have been designed in order to host the visitors and special guests of the company.
